Responsibilities
- Ensure all Zendesk tickets are handled in a timely manner.
- Support customers worldwide by phone, email, TeamViewer and on site.
- Document, maintain and follow up on all customer inquiries through the Tracking System database.
- Assist in debugging, fault finding and root cause analysis of prototype and standard machines, including system level testing and PLC programs, in-house and at the customer’s site.
- Create training materials and train customers in the use of company products.
- Install and commission new equipment.
- Calibrate and verify testers.
- Maintain and repair testers onsite.
- Assist Project Managers with open issues on equipment in-house and at customer sites, for Factory Acceptance Tests (F.A.T.) and Site Acceptance Tests (S.A.T.).
