Field Engineer Trainee

SLB is currently seeking a dedicated, mechanically inclined, and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Field Engineer Trainee . In this role, you will work directly at rig sites supporting Measurement While Drilling (MWD) services, collaborating closely with operations, engineers, and support teams while interacting with clients at the wellsite to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality service delivery.

You will participate in a structured training program designed to build technical competency and operational readiness, and will be expected to learn quickly, take on increasing responsibility, and contribute meaningfully as your experience grows. This is a highly field‑focused position that requires adaptability, strong teamwork, and the ability to perform effectively in dynamic environments, offering an excellent opportunity for an early‑career engineer to gain real‑world field exposure and begin building a path toward future leadership within SLB.
