The Technology and Quality organization is tasked with delivering customer focused quality, reliable solutions, and infrastructure for Cisco products. Your Impact
Failure analysis & Prevention Segment lead will drive the improvements in the accuracy of the fault duplication and isolation.
Experience with complex high speed board design and board bring‑up.
Install/upgrade/downgrade Sonic operating system on 8000 products.
Provide direction and techniques on customer’s issues duplication and isolation.
Engage Design engineering and communicate finding and resolutions for HW and SW field issues.
