Executive - Programme

Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Programme Executive to support the Case Management team of our residents in our home. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to upholding the dignity and welfare of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Review the individual care plan with relevant stakeholders
• Participate in case management discussions with MSF
• Work with the Case Manager on developing a system to reward or deny residents privileges to modify their behavior positively and jointly administer the program
• Review all admissions, discharges, escapes from lawful custody, and deaths
• Update residents’ addresses on NRIC and follow up with the replacement of NRIC when required
• Source suitable jobs for able-bodied residents who can work outside the Home, and support them to adjust to the workplace and colleagues
