locations. This role is critical in preparing accurate cost estimates that support competitive bidding, effective project planning, and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and documents to determine project scope and estimate requirements.
Request, review, and compare subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and other internal teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements.
