Responsibilities

• Conducting trade quote reviews – verifying material quantities, hours, and rates.
• Inputting and updating deficiency logs.
• Issuing warranties.
• Taking/coordinating progress photos.
• Updating, coordinating, and producing drawings.
• Performing quantity takeoffs.
• Coordinating and supervising sub‑trade work.
• Verifying site conditions and coordinating with drawings.
• Setting up and maintaining record keeping.
• Obtaining scheduling information from sub‑trades.

Qualifications

• Working toward a degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field (preferred).
• A passion for working in a construction environment.
• Experience with various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet applications, and drafting.
