Engineering Portfolio Data Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provides specialized expertise in consolidation, governance, and continuous improvement of Engineering portfolio data to enable a reliable, auditable, and scalable portfolio data system and successor platforms. This role converts fragmented and evolving project information into trusted, standardized portfolio data that supports executive reporting, resource planning, investment visibility, and portfolio performance management. The role supports the transition from fragmented, spreadsheet-based reporting to governed, system-enabled portfolio data by establishing standardized data definitions, repeatable intake and update processes, and automated data flows. This work underpins accurate executive reporting, traceable project updates, and a performance-driven portfolio management model across Engineering.
