The Engineering Manager, will be a hands‑on technical leader responsible for leading the Engineering organization which will entail developing innovative solutions, continuous improvement and project management for the electrical test equipment market with a focus on automation and customer‑driven customization. This job pays $160-190K CAD. Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and build a world‑class, technically diverse, high‑performing team by measuring and monitoring results. Actively participate in the performance management process inclusive of KPIs, goals and objectives and individualized development plans. Implement and maintain the project management stage‑gate process to ensure timely completion of all customer and technology roadmap‑driven projects.
