Engineering Lead

The Role: We’re hiring an Engineering Lead to take ownership of the system and help us scale it. This is not a “manage from a distance” role. You’ll be in the code, shaping architecture, and setting the standard for how we build. We have a strong foundation in place today, but there’s still a significant amount to build and evolve as we scale. You’ll be responsible for driving technical direction across the platform, with real autonomy in how we design and implement systems. At the same time, we make major decisions collaboratively to ensure we’re building the right things in the right way. You need to be able to hold a clear mental model of a complex system, including how data, APIs, infrastructure, and user experience all connect, and use that to build thoughtful, high-impact solutions.
