Engineer, Electrical

Cameco is looking for an engineering professional to join the Key Lake technical team in supporting surface operations in a mining/milling environment. You will be responsible for maintaining all electrical and instrumentation equipment on site, assisting in safe and reliable production.

Responsibilities

Solve complex technical problems using formal techniques to evaluate systems, equipment and failures.

Maximize equipment availability, reliability and performance through effective problem solving and proactive maintenance practices.

Develop and refine asset‑specific strategies to improve equipment health and to prevent or eliminate equipment failure.

Engage in planning, coordination, and execution of electrical refurbishment work at site.

Support site capital and expense projects ensuring project deliverables are met in terms of scope, schedule and budget.
