Assist participants in developing a broad range of skills and knowledge to participate successfully in the current and future labour force.
Training in resume writing, cover letter, interview skills, online application processes, confidence building, self-development and other important skill sets to help them succeed.
Assess employment needs and identify goals
Build a collaborative relationship with the job seeker and develop a plan to address the needs and meet the goals. Work one-on-one and in group cohort settings.
Deliver life skills, workshops & employment training through blended service delivery (both in-person and virtually)
Coordinate & book training and/or tickets participants require to reach employment goals
