Electrical Engineer

First Point Group is urgently seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our global Electrification Solutions and Power Systems team, to support the end customer ExxonMobil. The successful candidate will lead electrification product development, provide engineering expertise on medium and high voltage electrical systems, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and innovative solutions for prototype and production‑intent machines. This role requires technical mastery, leadership, and project management skills, with a direct impact on the Electrification program and long-term energy strategy. Key Responsibilities

Interface with cross-functional teams to understand field development plans and develop electrical load forecasts. Lead major portions of electrification and power systems projects, managing multiple projects of moderate complexity.
