Position Overview
Support the Project and Regional Safety Team(s) by actively implementing and enforcing site safety programs in the field. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, corporate safety initiatives, and project‑specific safety plans through direct engagement with crews and subcontractors.
Location: Frederick, CO
Reports To: EHS Regional Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Field Safety Compliance - Spend the majority of time in the field monitoring work activities for adherence to the site safety plan and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct frequent safety walks and inspections to identify hazards and verify corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices among all personnel.
- Assist in reviewing and enforcing Pre‑Task Plans (PTPs) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) at the point of work.
