Opportunity Description
Lead environmental and safety initiatives as the EHS Manager at Arconic in Lethbridge, Alberta. This role focuses on risk reduction and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the EHS Manager will oversee daily operations for Kawneer Company Canada Ltd. This position demands strong leadership with five years of manufacturing experience in Health and Safety. You’ll develop and execute strategic plans to prevent incidents and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise safety and health programs for the facility
• Develop tactical Health and Safety plans for risk reduction
• Ensure compliance with Alberta Occupational Health & Safety
• Document health and safety programs and incident reporting
• Liaison between Arconic, regulatory agencies, and vendors
