Digital Construction Coordinator

Overview

Reporting to the Digital Construction Manager, the Digital Construction Coordinator will oversee on-site Virtual Design and Construction (VDC)/Building Information Modeling (BIM) related project coordination, including model coordination with consultant and trade contractors. They will also facilitate the implementation of Digital Construction among the project team. This position will be based on site in Kamloops or Kelowna BC.

Responsibilities

• Perform various project duties related to project VDC/BIM deployment as required.
• Perform Design coordination and assist in identifying constructability issues with the project team and subcontractors.
• Lead and manage digital construction activities, ensuring they meet objectives, and timelines.
• Participate in creation of BIM Execution Plan for the project.
