Opportunity Description
Job Description We are looking for a DevOps Engineer responsible for operational stability, reliability, and availability of a large‑scale global IVR and contact center platform supporting mission‑critical customer interaction flows. In this role, you will focus on production operations, system monitoring, incident response, and reliable deployments across AWS‑based cloud and on‑premises environments. You will play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted customer access to IVR services and maintaining platform health across infrastructure, application, and voice layers.
Responsibilities
Own the operational stability, availability, and reliability of a global IVR platform across AWS and on‑premises environments
Support production deployments, environment configuration, and release activities
Manage day‑to‑day operations of high‑availability IVR and voice platforms
Monitor system health, performance, and availability using logs and metrics
