Development Supervisor

Thyssen Mining is currently seeking experienced Development Supervisors for a FIFO camp position in Ontario working on a 14 day in 14 day our rotation.

Position Summary

The Underground Development Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating underground mine development activities in accordance with the Ontario Mining Act , OHSA , and site-specific policies and procedures. This role ensures safe, productive, and cost-effective advancement of underground development headings while providing strong leadership to crews and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily underground development activities including drilling, blasting, mucking, ground support, and installation of services
• Ensure compliance with the Ontario Mining Act , Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) , and all site safety standards
