Become an integral part of The Career Foundation’s team as an Employer Engagement and Placement Specialist. This full-time position in Toronto focuses on effective job development and client placements across diverse sectors.
You will engage with employers to create opportunities aligned with client capabilities, leveraging strong relationship-building skills. Working closely with the Career Success Coaches, you will ensure a seamless transition for clients into the workforce, coordinating their job search efforts and employer interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate strong partnerships with employers for job matching
• Conduct outreach and promote IES benefits to businesses
• Analyze market demands to inform job development
• Manage the interview process and candidate selection
• Ensure continuous support for effective job retention
