Development Analyst

Role Impact

In this role you will perform financial underwriting for multiple development projects across various asset classes to expand the pipeline and report financial results. You will assess the feasibility of development initiatives by creating detailed financial analyses and projected cash‑flow models based on current market trends and anticipated conditions. You will support individuals involved in the development process and prepare development proposals for approval by the Investment Committee and Board of Directors. This role reports to the Senior Director of Development Analytics.
