This position will be a part of our Patient Portal and Technical Support Service Desk, as an agent primarily handling inbound patient and user calls. This is a call center environment in which we support our customers 24x7x365. Agents will engage in on-going training and development to prepare them for next-level support and promotional advancement. * All candidates will have to be shift flexible. Shift work is required including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
