Salary range (but not limited to): 128,300 – 156,800 CAD.
Annual bonus target: 15% of base salary, with a potential payout up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance).

About the role We’re looking for a Database Manager – Operations Technology to join our growing team. This role is a strong people leader with technical experience leading Oracle and Mongo database platforms. The role is accountable for operational excellence of mission‑critical database services, budget ownership, vendor governance, and the development of a highly engaged database team closely working with software engineering teams.
