Data Entry Supervisor

The Data Entry Supervisor is responsible for training, supervising, and reviewing the work of Data Entry Clerks. This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy—errors must not pass through.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and onboard Data Entry Clerks.
• Supervise daily productivity and quality.
• Perform detailed quality checks on all completed work.
• Provide feedback and corrective guidance.
• Communicate regularly with the US deployment team.
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
• Proven experience supervising teams (data entry, QA, or similar).
• Business-level English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable managing up to 20 clerks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
