Role Mission

We are looking for a Customer Data Lead to join our North American team in Toronto and take ownership of client‑specific data operations. In this role, you’ll ensure our customers receive best‑in‑class data services—whether it's regulatory content feeds, bespoke reporting, or integration support. This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between our world‑class regulatory data capabilities and enterprise client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Service Delivery & Ownership
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of CUBE’s customer‑specific data services in North America.
  • Ensure regulatory data feeds, exports, and custom content mappings are delivered accurately, on time, and to specification.
