CSC Land Based Test Facility (LBTF) Engineering Program Manager (Ottawa)

About the role

The Land Based Test Facility (LBTF) Engineering Program Manager (EPM) is the primary technical authority for the LBTF as part of the Combat Management System Software Support Contract (CMS SSC). Working closely with the Senior EPM, the Lead ensures engineering, integration, and test activities are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for the definition and development of the Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) LBTF systems design and architecture, and coordinate all appropriate engineering activities.
• Technical leadership and performance for the CSC LBTF activities.
• Ensure approved Systems Engineering (SE) processes are followed.
• Develop system architecture and ensure adequate system trades, simulations, and analysis are performed.
