Our client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial affairs for their Canadian manufacturing operations, based out of their Lethbridge facility. This role acts as a strategic business partner to the Plant Manager and plays a key role in supporting operational and financial decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-driven environment, enjoys implementing and improving processes, and brings a strong sense of accountability and momentum when financial targets are achieved.
