Enhance student experiences as an Elementary Counsellor working part time in Williams Lake, BC. This temporary role involves direct student support based on your knowledge and experience in counselling.
The Elementary Counsellor will work two days per week in various elementary schools, addressing students’ emotional and educational needs. Your schedule will be set in partnership with the District Principal of Inclusive Education. Strong collaboration skills and an understanding of local resources are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual and group counselling for students
• Liaise with school staff and community service providers
• Work with the District Principal to establish a schedule
• Develop student support strategies and programs
• Document student progress and outcomes regularly

• Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology or a related discipline
