Controller, Southern Alberta

Overview

In this role, the Controller, Southern Alberta will be a key part of a high-performing operational team dedicated to delivering construction projects in the Southern Alberta and Interior BC region. As the Controller, Southern Alberta, you will be responsible for providing project accounting leadership and support for these projects, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficient financial management.

You will work closely with project teams, and operational leadership to ensure timely and accurate cost management, forecasting, and financial reporting. This position will be in-office based out of the Calgary, AB location and will report to the Senior Director of Finance.

• Accountable for the financial management of a portfolio of projects, including gross profit, project percent complete forecasting, WIP, AR, IFRS 15 revenue recognition and backlog.
