Controller

We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead financial operations for a growing organization in Sarnia, Ontario. This role is responsible for delivering accurate reporting, supporting business planning, and providing oversight across payroll, compliance, and project-related financial analysis. The successful candidate will guide a small accounting team, collaborate with leadership on financial performance, and help strengthen controls and processes across the function.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the monthly close process and prepare complete financial statements, including profit and loss reporting, for submission to the parent organization within established timelines.
• Produce monthly trial balances and maintain accurate financial data for external reporting and consolidation purposes.
