We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Guelph, Ontario. This role requires a strong leader who is ready to manage financial operations, oversee reporting frameworks, and drive compliance in a dynamic and evolving environment. • Manage month end processes, financial reporting, and oversee all accounting functions (including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bookkeeping activities)

• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for transfer payments, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes to support organizational objectives and funding transformations.
