We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager whowill be responsible for supporting the tendering, contracting, and administration process for construction projects across all markets of operation. The Contract Coordinator works closely with subcontractors, site teams, estimating, purchasing, design, and finance to prepare bid documents, negotiate and administer contracts, manage change orders and compliance documentation, and ensure projects move forward efficiently and accurately.
