- 7+ years of PM experience working on Construction Projects
- Needs to have Mechanical/MEP construction experience working with HVAC construction
- Knowledgeable working with BIM (Building Information Models)/purchase orders/working with the purchasing department
- Experience working with subcontractors

- OSHA 10 or 30
