Compensation Program Manager - Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Program Manager - Project Coordinator to lead a complex, end-to-end compensation-related project in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This is a contract position that requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. The role is based in Toronto, Ontario, and involves working onsite two days per week.
