Job Description

As a Collections Analyst, you will be a key member of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) team, responsible for managing the collection of outstanding customer payments. Your primary duties will include contacting customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to ensure timely payments, with a focus on accounts selected based on aging reports. In addition, you will work closely with the O2C team to manage customer payments, handle deductions, resolve disputes, and escalate issues to local Finance and Operations teams when necessary.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer payment statuses, completing reconciliations, and ensuring that all collection activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
