Duties:
Work as a consultant, trainer and evaluator to maintain and improve EMR system services and mentor clinicians and physicians to become efficient users of systems and health records.Develop and run reports, dashboards, and data extracts for quality improvement, compliance, and clinical decision support.End User Support:Direct training and ongoing support to staff and physicians in the use of technology in person, via phone or virtually.Assist with the creation of training environments, curricula and documentation.Liaise between departments and external vendors and analysts to resolve system problems.System Support:Training on downtime procedures.Assist in project planning and allocation of resources.Assist with system testing, upgrades and optimization of software.Record, update and resolve requests using IT service desk system.System Implementation and...
