What you’ll be doing:
Develop and maintain detailed internal customer profiles in CargoWise, ensuring all departments have access to accurate and comprehensive customer information.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers, assisting them in selecting the most appropriate solutions for their freight and logistics needs, including preparing quotations as required.
Coordinate shipment bookings and validate ocean/air freight from origin to destination, ensuring timely updates and tracking information are c...
