Civil Design Engineer (P.Eng.)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Design Engineer (P.Eng.) to design and oversee water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Alberta. Responsibilities include designing pipelines, forcemains, lift stations, storage ponds, site utilities, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare studies, pre‑designs, and detailed designs for water and wastewater systems.
• Assist with construction activities, including submittals and site inspections.
• Develop engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with drafting team and project stakeholders.
• Review budgets, project schedules, and own project hours.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Adhere to the company’s quality management plan and use approved templates.
