As a Case Manager at LDS, you'll oversee a diverse caseload of over 100 instructors, learners, and families. You will facilitate essential communication between parties to ensure service delivery aligns with LDS' evidence-informed and strengths-based values. The role also includes monitoring individualized learning programs and providing best practices support to instructors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage communication among instructors, families, and professionals
• Support tailored learning approaches for each learner
• Evaluate instructor plans for alignment with educational goals
• Participate in observing instructional sessions
• Attend regular case management team meetings
Requirements:
• 3+ years relevant educational experience
