Job Title: Automation Engineer Location: United States Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Automation Engineer to support and enhance manufacturing automation systems within an electronics production environment. This role focuses on improving efficiency, equipment reliability, and process scalability across high-volume manufacturing lines. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize automated manufacturing systems for electronic products (PCBs, assemblies) Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and industrial automation equipment Support robotics integration and automated assembly systems on production lines Work with automated test equipment (ATE) and inline inspection systems Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to improve yield and reduce defects Perform root cause analysis and resolve equipment/process issues to minimize downtime Drive continuous improvement initiatives (cycle time reduction, OEE improvement, scrap reduction) Suppor...
