Role Overview
The APM ServiceNow is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all entries within the Application Portfolio Management (APM) system of record.
This role ensures that all application data is validated, consistently aligned to enterprise standards, and vetted with the appropriate technology and governance teams prior to any updates or changes.
The position plays a critical role in enabling effective technology asset lifecycle management, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Data Accuracy & Maintenance
- Maintain and oversee all records within APM and TDAR.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of application records.
- Review application entries for taxonomy alignment and enterprise standards.
- Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records.
