Analytics Developer

Job Description

The Analytics Developer, reporting to the Manager, Clinical Utilization, will be responsible to lead analytics development projects and business intelligence solutions that provide business and clinical insights for clinical and business leadership. This role requires strong business intelligence, database development and data wrangling abilities. Ability to transform business requirements into technical deliverables and analytics products to drive data-driven decision making and ministry requirements. Key components of the job: requirements gathering; automation of reports and development of real-time and retrospective KPI tracking dashboards; ad-hoc reporting; data visualization; communication of analytical insights; and directing and coordinating information requests.
