What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of professional experience developing applications using Ruby on Rails
• Advanced English is required
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful web services and integrating APIs
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or traditional SQL databases
• Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems to accelerate software development
