Opportunity Description
Position Responsibilities
Assist customers over phone calls and emails with managing their accounts and resolving outstanding balances.
Document customer financial status and collection efforts.
Provide superior service to customers and other departments including the Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams.
Review department processes and recommend workflow improvements.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
1+ years of Collections or Customer Service experience.
Strong understanding of collections processes and systems.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
