We provide hauling services across the western provinces, Ontario and the northern United States. We specialize in grain, fertilizer, liquid fertilizer, and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) hauling.

Responsibilities

• Processing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring all payments are received and paid in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process payroll for all staff and Lease Operators.
• Prepare and file T4s, T4As, Record of Employments, and WCB (Multi‑Jurisdictional).
• Prepare and file GST, Source Deduction Remittances, PST, and IFTA.
• Compile and prepare year‑end working files and send to accounting firm for review.
• Work with management to ensure all permits are purchased as necessary. ...
