About The Role

As a Java Technical Lead, you will make an impact by designing, developing and maintaining scalable backend services that support high-performance, customer‑facing banking applications. You will be a valued member of the ADM team and work collaboratively with agile squads, product owners, architects and cross‑functional technology teams to deliver reliable, secure and production‑ready backend solutions.

In This Role, You Will

• Design, develop and own scalable Java‑based microservices and APIs, ensuring clean, reusable and production‑ready code aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead backend architecture and design decisions, including service decomposition, API standards and cloud‑native integration patterns.
