Janitorial Operations Manager at Fides Group Ltd

Janitorial Operations Manager, also known as custodial of the housekeeping or janitorial supervisors, will be expected to:

1. Manage the supervisors in charge of the different teams in a facility within his or her purview.

2. Curate budgets needed for entire departments within his or her purview 3. Manage logistics for his or her team within his or her purview.

4. Manage and improve the performance standards of teams within his or her purview.

5. Provide reports to Management of teams within his or her purview.

REQUIREMENTS.

1. A strong passion for the cleaning profession

2. Experience in supervisory role. Not less than five years.

3. knowledge in the use of various cleaning machines

4. Understanding and knowledge of cleaning best practices

5. Strong knowledge of MS Word & Excel

6. Report writing is essential

7. A Degree or Diploma will be a plus
