In this full-time role, you will oversee the Accelerator's day-to-day functions, mentor start-ups, and facilitate Demo Days. You will engage closely with Ivey alumni and business professionals to provide coaching, develop strategic relationships, and enhance the reputation of the Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Accelerator Program and mentorship for start-ups
• Manage recruitment and marketing efforts for participants
• Build partnerships within the business sector
• Lead planning for Demo Days and qualifying rounds
• Track performance metrics for program participants
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related area
• Minimum 5 years in an entrepreneurial context
