Responsibilities
Provide primary on-site IT support to end users through phone, email, chat, and in-person assistance, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs and OLAs.Monitor and manage ServiceNow queues, maintaining accurate ticket updates, asset records, and ensuring disciplined closure of requests.Perform IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, and Disposal) activities for workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, LAN equipment, servers, and other IT assets.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues, providing hands-on support when remote resolution is not possible.Support Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, Power BI, and related services.Install, configure, and maintain local business applications and user accounts, while diagnosing a...
