Experience Level 5+ years of strong experience and proven specialization in Service Now ITOM implementation. Strong Hands on – CMDB and Discovery. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Configure and manage Discovery (MID Servers, schedules, credential management, patterns) and ensure reliable CI population. Establish and maintain CMDB governance and data quality, including CI class modeling, relationships, lifecycle, and data standards. Configure Identification and Reconciliation (IRE), including identification rules and reconciliation behavior across data sources.
