IT Systems Engineer

Build our IT function from the ground up

Most IT roles are about keeping the lights on. This one isn't. You'll be the first dedicated hire for our IT function , reporting straight to the CTO, with a real path to shaping it and — in time — leading it.

This role is for someone who spots problems and moves on them, proposes ideas, and takes ownership end to end.

If you prefer waiting for clear instructions before acting, it won't be the right fit — and that's completely okay.

What you'll do

• Run and continuously improve our Windows/Linux servers, Azure cloud, and VMware virtualization — keeping everything fast, available, and secure.
• Strengthen security, backups, disaster recovery, and access management (Active Directory, least-privilege).
• Handle networking (VPN, VLANs, Wi-Fi), backup/storage (NAS/SAN), and helpdesk + onboarding.
