Join our dedicated IT support team as a service-oriented Desktop Support Specialist. Focus on advanced Windows 11 support, asset management, and Tier 3 technical assistance for internal users.
In this role, you'll handle inventory management, shipping, and distribution of IT assets. You'll also provide critical Tier 3 customer support while logging issues and ensuring their resolution.
